Callander K9 was born from the journey I shared with my collie, Earn.
She was reactive and often misunderstood, yet she taught me the power of patience, trust, and unconditional love.
Together we discovered how play and connection could transform fear into confidence — and that’s where this adventure began.
From a simple dog walking service to award-winning training and interactive playgrounds, Callander K9 has grown into a safe space for dogs and their humans.
We’ve built every step with care:
Hand built equipment, secure fields, and activities designed to support all dogs — from excitable puppies to rescues learning to trust again.

Callander K9 and Serenipaws Scotland work together to look at the whole picture.
At Callander K9, we support dogs through positive training,
play and practical behaviour support.
Serenipaws goes deeper—looking beyond the behaviour to understand what may be driving it.
Stress, overwhelm, trauma, fear and nervous-system responses can affect both dogs
and the people who love them.
This connection is what makes our approach different. We don’t just ask, “How do we stop this behaviour?” We ask, “What is this behaviour trying to tell us?”
Earn taught me that lasting change begins with feeling safe, understood and supported.
By helping both ends of the lead, we can build trust, strengthen your connection and find a calmer way forward—together.

Unmasked & Unfiltered is the first in a four-part collection of poetry, written from childhood through to the present day.
Poetry gave me a way to express feelings I couldn’t always explain. Years later, my late ADHD diagnosis helped me begin to understand the experiences behind those words.
My hope is that these poems help you feel seen, heard and less alone.
Whether you recognise yourself or someone you love within these pages, I hope they encourage understanding, healing and the courage to love yourself first.
Written from lived experience of trauma, addiction, loss, late diagnosis and recovery.
